颇具纪念意义的更新程序，这是自Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition中文版发布以来的第一个补丁。
安装本更新程序可以解决以下问题：在安装了日语区域设置的 Windows Server 2008 上运行副本域控制器时，副本域控制器在入站复制过程中可能收不到某些对象属性的更新并且没有提示。安装本更新程序之后，可能需要重新启动计算机。
